BBG Privacy Policy

The Business Brokerage Group is in the business of marketing for sale existing businesses to individuals, groups, companies and /or public or private corporations. To perform our job effectively requires us to obtain proprietary information from both sellers and buyers. The sole purpose of the proprietary information we require with regards to the seller of a business is to help with preparing professional business profiles and financial valuations on the business that is being offered for sale. The sole purpose of our obtaining proprietary information from buyers is to confirm that they are qualified or have the potential qualifications to purchase the business they inquired about. BBG guarantees the following:

• All proprietary information given to BBG will only be shared with qualified buyers and sellers that have signed Confidentially Agreements with BBG. We promise not to share, trade, sell or disseminate any information regarding sellers or buyers to any outside source.
• Business names, business owners and buyer's names will never be given out after they have consummated the purchase/sale of a business.
• We never provide personal information or proper names regarding buyers or sellers to firms we use for electronic and/or print media or any other advertiser we may use from time to time.
• That no proprietary information will be given to any financial service provider such as banks, insurance agents or mortgage lenders unless directed to do so by the individual buyer or seller.
• We limit access to personal and proprietary information about you or your business only to employees of BBG who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with such information in order to provide the necessary services BBG is required to perform. Any employee of BBG that does come in contact with such information does understand BBG's privacy policy.
• We may change or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide current buyers and sellers with a revised notice that describes our new practices.
